Dinner Menu - December 24th
Celebrate Christmas Eve with elegance and flavour.
Experience a refined six-course journey where tradition meets sophistication. Begin with Foie Gras, Fig and Merendeira, followed by dishes that celebrate the season — Codfish with Egg Yolk and Black Garlic, Chestnut Cream with Quail and Coriander, and a perfectly balanced Octopus with Sweet Potato and Sautéed Turnip Greens.
To finish, indulge in a Christmas Ball with Pine Nuts, Spices and Tangerine, complemented by our signature Christmas Dessert Cart, featuring Egg Yolk Rolls, Pumpkin Fritters, Coscorões and Pão de Ló de Alfeizerão.

Lunch Menu - December 25th
A festive celebration filled with flavour and joy.
Gather your loved ones for a Christmas Day buffet that brings together the best of Portuguese flavours. Enjoy starters such as Codfish and Asparagus Fritters, Cured Salmon Verrine with Citrus, Bresaola and Dried Fruit Salad, and Cheese and Charcuterie Boards.
Warm up with a Roasted Pumpkin Cream with Rosemary, followed by a delicious Slow-Roasted Turkey with Chestnuts and Orange.
