Begin with Foie Gras, Fig and Merendeira, followed by dishes that celebrate the season — Codfish with Egg Yolk and Black Garlic, Chestnut Cream with Quail and Coriander, and a perfectly balanced Octopus with Sweet Potato and Sautéed Turnip Greens.
To finish, indulge in a Christmas Ball with Pine Nuts, Spices and Tangerine, complemented by our signature Christmas Dessert Cart, featuring Egg Yolk Rolls, Pumpkin Fritters, Coscorões and Pão de Ló de Alfeizerão.
